Data handling

Subprocessors.

We rely on a small number of vetted subprocessors. Throw telemetry — apex, velocity, dwell, decibels — is encrypted in transit and at rest; ground-contact certificates are cryptographically signed and immutable. We retain the record; we do not retain the object.
