Official Rules & Terms of the Promotion

Effective in perpetuity. Governing the Yeeterprise Vest Giveaway (the "Promotion"). Read in full; it is the only part of this page entirely true.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO VEST NECESSARY EITHER, as none will be awarded. A promotion in the structural sense only.
2. No drawing will be conducted. Sponsor (Yeeterprise, Inc.) reserves the right, which it hereby exercises, to conduct no drawing, select no winner, and notify no one.
3. Odds of winning are zero (0), a figure identical to Sponsor's all-time regret, and maintained with the same rigor.
4. Entries are collected, acknowledged, timestamped, and filed in perpetuity in a location known to the Sponsor, retrievable at its sole and infrequent discretion. Entering is a filing, not a chance.
5. No vest has been manufactured, procured, sketched, sized, or seriously imagined for this Promotion. Figure 1 is aspirational, load-bearing to the layout only.
6. By entering, you grant Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to do nothing whatsoever with your information, indefinitely and without notice.
7. The Promotion has no start date, no end date, no prize, no runner-up, no honorable mention, and no back-up vest. Open to all and closed to outcomes.
8. Void where prohibited, and everywhere else — nothing occurs regardless of jurisdiction.
9. Sponsor's decision to do nothing is final. There is no appeals process, as there is nothing to appeal.
10. Entry constitutes acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and made peace with the fact that this contest does not, and will never, do anything. You entered anyway. Sponsor respects that.
