Careers
Yeeterprise is building the governance layer for the world's oldest instinct. We're a small, deeply serious team with a large, faintly absurd mission — and we're hiring the people who take both seriously.
Why Yeeterprise
We put SLAs on throwing. We wrote the registry of things you must never throw. If that sentence made you nod and grin at the same time, keep reading.
Yeetable assets only, cleared through the policy engine. The registry still applies at the office. Especially at the office.
Ergonomics is policy here (DNY-0019). Your back is our single most protected asset, after the baby.
One large, open field. Biodegradable catering. We throw things, we document it, we go home fulfilled.
We measure regret and keep it at zero — including, we're told, about the work itself.
Work from anywhere with a floor. The ground is a global partner and available in all locations.
Ownership in a company that goes down and to the right, on purpose.
Open roles
Help enterprises assess their current throwing posture and build a compliant path to ground. You'll demo Trajectory Cloud and never, ever promise a GOOD you can't attest.
Execute governed throws for Managed Yeeting customers. You know a box from a cat and you act accordingly, every single time.
Decide what must never be thrown. The most powerful word in the building is "no," and you'll say it professionally, in writing, with a code number.
Model arcs, forecast apexes, and sign ground-contact certificates at scale. Bonus points if you can crash gracefully on the second arc.
Liaise between the platform and the ground. Report on the ground's continued receptiveness. It has never once complained; keep it that way.
Support the Chief Regret Officer in keeping the number at zero. Methods will be explained on day one, then never again.
How we hire
A recruiter learns what you like to throw and why. No trick questions; we're genuinely curious.
A small, well-scoped exercise. Model an arc, or argue why something belongs on the registry. Timeboxed; we respect your afternoon.
Meet the team, walk through your work, and — role depending — execute one supervised, fully-documented throw.
We check two. One of them, per tradition, is the ground. It always vouches.
We're growing across every stage of the Ballistic Maturity Model. Tell us how you'd move Yeeterprise down and to the right.
